We call this place "The Ghetto at Wakefield". I am surprised that the Wakefield community hasn't forced the management company to change the name of the complex so that it is not associated with Wakefield. The on-site management and maintenance staff are horrible. The units are rundown and the pool is disgusting--we even have a complaint filed with health department about it. We regret ever signing a lease here and are considering breaking ours just get out of here.  Need to rent an apartment?
