Apartment Review for The Waverly - Raleigh, NC

The apartments are beautiful, the staff not so great at all, they can be welcoming but when there is an issue or complaint they fall short. The only security you have is your alarm and a car alarm and if you don’t have one, there is a high probability your car will get broken into. Don't expect empathy. The rent is not worth the area, or the management. Don’t let the title luxury fool you, the only thing luxury is your apartment that you get, check the police reports for the area.
