Just beware, all is not as it seems at this complex. The indoor pool STILL has no heater after about 5 months of being broken. The management team makes excuses, with the latest excuse being "you were not guaranteed a "heated" indoor pool." The indoor pool is not functional without a heater, even in 80 degree weather. With all the money this community makes from rent and condo Homeowner Association fees you would think they could afford to repair the pool heater at a cost of about $4000?
