Apartment Review for The Lakes Apartments - Raleigh, NC

When I signed my lease with The Lakes, it was operated by the previous owner/management. During this time, the only problem was the roaches. Midway through my lease, the entire management staffed changed and they were more than unpleasant. Don't expect any of your deposit back, and don't bother cleaning when you move out, because they will scam you out of every penny they can. If you still want to rent from The Lakes because it's cheap, then make sure you read the lease carefully. Goodluck to all you apartment hunters, any place is better than here.
