Apartment Review for The Highlands At Brier Creek - Raleigh, NC

This is definitely a negative review based on a single bad experience...this is a corporate-owned facility whose single goal is to get you in the door, assess fees regularly, and wrap up the experience with absurd charges. The facility itself is your usual large complex and while fairly new nothing remarkable. Their true specialty is mathematical creativity. Expect a 10% minimum addition on your lease after you move out. Their carpet contractor stays VERY busy, so beware. It's all smiles until you're out the door. Not worth it folks, pay a premium elsewhere or just go cheaper.
