This was by far the WORST rental experience I have ever had. The staff is rude and condescending. The company overall cares about nothing more than squeezing money out of you and then blaming you for any issues that you may have with the residence. Save yourself the time and misery and rent from somewhere else.  Need to rent an apartment?
