Apartment Review for Mariners Crossing - Raleigh, NC

Nothing is, as it ever seems, don't be fooled by the fake up front courtesy and the bragging about all the work that has been done in the last six months and what’s yet going to be done. My trailer was stolen, not even a hint of concern on the face of my leaser or property manager There is a big brown rain stain that I see every time I go to bed and when I wake up My bathroom floor is uneven from a water leak My carpet was promised to be cleaned before moving in and it wasn’t, excuse.. the time frame of the move in was to tight for the cleaning company to get to the cleaning… end result it was vacuumed… later I called maint. to look at the carpet because it was unraveling… nothing was done. I can go on and on of the disappointments in the last year but then I’m just another renter. So I went ad bought a home!!!!
