Apartment Review for Fairgate Apartments - Raleigh, NC

Community was Ok place to live, was there for just over a year... Beware the area is over run by teenagers and with summer coming be prepared not to sleep with windows open. The pool and tennis courts tend to attract these hoodlums by the droves. Also, lock your car doors and do not keep valuables around. Grounds a kept quite nice, finishes/fixtures are cheaper than cheap and the kitchen cabinets are terrible. Town-homes are dark, so extra lamps would be a good investment. Other than that, watch out when you move out, they nickel and dime you to death. Buy a lot of magic erasers b/c the paint is cheap. Also, if you have the pleasure of living in the area with the putting green... WELCOME to Johnston county... Little hillbilly kids running around and all the neighbors sit out side smoking like a bunch of porch monkeys. But other than that the staff is really nice. Good luck with your move and I would say lQQk elsewhere...
