Apartment Review for Cottages On Grant - Raleigh, NC

WARNING!! The management is terrible! Moving to this place was the worst mistake I have ever made. The owner and his wife are very rude, unprofessional and could care less about their tenants living conditions. There are spiders and bugs of every species crawling around, and even rodents. I would not be surprised if there was mold growing in the units as well. The apartments are old and very run down. They are very drafty and not enegy efficient AT ALL. Infact, you can see straight outside my front ant back doors when they are shut. I have witnessed the owner screaming at other tenents when they have asked for things to be fixed. It truly is a slum, no doubt about it. For the prices they charge, you can find places that are way nicer and have helpful and caring management. I wish I would have done more research before renting here. Look into any other place before renting here, the only good thing about this place is the location and that is it. Please think twice before moving here, dont make the same mistake I did.
