Carlton Place is a mixed-use development at the intersection of E. Davie and S. East Streets, just two blocks from Moore Square in downtown Raleigh. The development was designed by the award-winning firm, JDavis Architects, and will include 80 rental apartments and approximately 4,500 square feet of retail/office space. Carlton Place's central location will provide residents with easy access to downtown jobs, shopping, services, schools, public transit options, and cultural and recreational opportunities. Green design elements will help make this development an environmentally friendly and cost-effective place to live. Carlton Place will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Sixty-four apartments will be available to households that meet certain income limits, while the remaining 16 apartments will be open to all qualified tenants. DHIC offers handicapped accessible units and is an equal opportunity provider of housing.
